Who will Celtics add to Brad Stevens' bench?

The departure of Celtics assistant coach Darren Erman to the New Orleans Pelicans caught Boston off guard just a bit, but the team must move on and find a replacement.
No one name jumps out as an obvious candidate, but that doesn't mean selecting the right guy isn't extremely important. Here's Brian Robb from CBS Boston with more:
"With the defensive mastermind gone, it’s now up to Stevens to find a capable replacement for his staff yet again. Will he find another career pro assistant, like Erman or Adams, who brings plenty of experience to the table? Could he turn to a sharp mind from the college ranks? Stevens has not shed light on any possibility just yet. Whoever Stevens elects to bring in will have a pair of tough acts to follow. While it may not get as much as publicity as adding a free agent, another strong assistant hire could be an integral addition to the Celtics rebuild."
There are countless options, but it's important Boston chooses carefully. Will they bring in a big name or someone nobody's ever heard of? Will it be a jobless head coach (think Brian Shaw or even Tom Thibodeau) or a coach lower on the food chain with closer ties to the organization (think Brian Scalabrine)?
Again, the options are endless.
