The Warriors' love for the 'CoCo' will not go unrequited

It was a somber time in December when the Warriors, who were fond of singing a song about cocaine on the team plane and posting videos of said singing on the Internet, were banned from continuing the practice. Someone thought that wasn’t a good idea, we suppose.

Well, Golden State went on to win the title anyway, and the team brought back the singalong in celebration. There’s no denying that love.

But clearly that’s not enough for a team that took everything it wanted and more this year. After the ESPYs Wednesday, Draymond Green and Co.(Co) will host an afterparty in Los Angeles, featuring none other than O.T. Genasis, the very man behind “CoCo.” We can’t confirm whether or not they’ll play that song.

You can take the CoCo out of the Warriors, but you can’t take the Warriors out of the CoCo. Or something like that. Finally, a forbidden love comes to fruition.
