Report: Jeanie Buss mulling reality TV

Jeanie Buss, head of business operations for the L.A. Lakers, is taking the slam by Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban in stride and considering signing up for the next season of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," TMZ reported Friday.

Buss — who works for the team owned by her father, Jerry Buss, and coached by her long-term partner, Phil Jackson — is apparently not afraid of the limelight just weeks after Jackson, 65, was criticized for being her "boy toy" by the Mavericks chief.

Buss, 49, has met with casting executives from the Bravo series, and the show's producers attended a Lakers game to observe Buss in her element and schmoozing with celebrities.

The search is on for a new housewife after Camille Grammer — the soon-to-be-divorced wife of "Frasier" star Kelsey Grammer — decided to bow out after one season.

The addition of Buss could add a dramatic mix to the show since the family of current castmember, Adrienne Maloof-Nassif, owns the rival Sacramento Kings.

Jackson, who has won 11 NBA titles with the Lakers and Bulls, has said he will retire for good after this season.
