Man had to stir-fry his phone after losing Raptors-Cavaliers bet

What started as a silly bet ended in the taste of regret for Kazeem Famuyide, an unfortunate soul who chose to bet against the Toronto Raptors in the NBA's Eastern Conference Finals. Famuyide vowed on Twitter ahead of the series that he would stir-fry his phone if the Raptors took two games from the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Unfortunately for Famuyide, the Raptors earned their second win of the series Monday night and it was time for Famuyide to eat his words -- literally. He ran into an issue of how to document the process of stir-frying his phone for his 25,000 Twitter followers because he left his laptop at work. Plus, it's hard to use a social media app on a phone while stir-frying it.
So it looked like the story would end with this tragic shot of vegetables pouring onto the doomed phone.

But then one Twitter user who was trying to keep Famuyide honest came up with a brilliant idea.
@RealLifeKaz dont put a old phone in there lol

So Famuyide found a third-generation iPhone and tossed it in the mix before chowing down on the dish of defeat. He also provided his recipe on TheStashed.com:
As for how it tasted, Famuyide wrote:
Any other NBA fan might want to keep this cautionary tale in mind the next time they think about betting against the Raptors.
