LeBron James did a surprisingly good job with his appearance in "Trainwreck" this summer, a hit comedy which also featured Amy Schumer and Bill Hader.

But what we really want to see is him reprising a role that Michael Jordan made famous, when he appeared as the world's greatest basketball player in the 1996 film "Space Jam."

In a recent interview with Today, James sounded like "Space Jam 2" might be in the works.

"We hope so," James said when asked about the possibility of a sequel. "We're definitely missing Bugs and Daffy and Tasmanian Devil and and every last one of them, so hopefully we can do some great things."

James signed a media deal with Warner Brothers this summer, so that, along with these recent remarks, would certainly lead us to believe that "Space Jam 2" is a very real possibility.
