Atlanta's Kyle Korver is known around the league for his impressive 3-point shot range, and rightfully so.

In 2014, Korver had 600 shot attempts and 449 (74.8 percent) were from long range. This season, only 91 of his 161 field goal attempts (56.5 percent) have been from behind the arc. Korver is shooting 30-of-91 (42.9 percent) from 3-point range this season after leading the NBA in 3-point percentage last season.

“I’m really being guarded hard on the 3-point line,” said Korver, via MyAJC.com. “There is not a lot of space to pull up from 3 sometimes. I’m trying not to overdo it but at the same time I need to keep on getting shots to try to stay in rhythm, try to find rhythm.”

NBA.com explains that Korver took 14.9 percent of his shots from 16 to 24 feet last season; this season he's nearly doubled that to 27.3 percent. Last season, he made 47 percent of his 2-pointers and this season he has improved that mark to 57.1 percent.

"It's another way to find shots," said Korver, via NBA.com. "And hopefully if I knock down a few of those, then people will get more worried about that."
