Kobe Bryant will sit out the Los Angeles Lakers' matchup against the Phoenix Suns on Monday after playing a season-high 37 minutes in Sunday's 97-85 win over the Detroit Pistons, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Bryant messed around and nearly got a triple-double, scoring 17 points, dishing out nine assists and grabbing eight rebounds.
Bryant has missed three games this season because of rest. The Lakers (2-8) are looking for their second consecutive victory for the first time this season.
