Utah Jazz forward Andrei Kirilenko is sitting out another playoff game with a strained left calf.

Kirilenko considered returning for Game 2 of the second-round series against the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday night. After the pregame shootaround, the club decided to give the Russian a few more days to rest before returning for Game 3 in Salt Lake City.

Kirilenko hasn't played a full game since getting hurt March 12, and he aggravated the injury April 15. He went through his first full practice in nearly three weeks Monday.
