Russell Westbrook has posted 25 triple-doubles in 51 appearances this season, making him a must-start option in FanDuel NBA leagues.

Somehow Russell Westbrook finds a new way add amazement around his incredible stat lines.

The 28-year-old guard is leading the league in scoring at 30.8 points per game and is on pace to become the first player since Oscar Robertson to average a triple-double, adding 10.5 rebounds and 10.3 assists to his lofty scoring total.

In his latest effort, Westbrook capped his 25th triple-double performance of the year by dragging Oklahoma City to a much-needed victory over the Grizzlies Friday night, simply taking over in the fourth quarter.

Westbrook staged a personal 15-0 run to clinch the victory, highlighted by a pair of shots from three-point range, an impressive layup over Zach Randolph and a perfect 7-for-7 performance at the free throw line to move the Thunder just 0.5 games behind Memphis for sixth place in the Western Conference playoff race.

Oklahoma City holds the edge in the season series at 2-1, but the two teams play again in Memphis in early April.

As long as Westbrook is in the lineup, the Thunder has a chance to win. During three games against Memphis, Westbrook is posting averages of 27.7 points, 10.3 rebounds and 8.0 assists per game, with a pair of triple-doubles.

No matter the opponent, Westbrook finds a way to contribute, making him a  star in FanDuel NBA league play.

Each night Westbrook is contributing an average of 57.3 points FanDuel NBA fantasy points, the most of any player in the league.

Along with his absurd offensive statistics, Westbrook is thriving on the defensive end, registering at least one steal in 19 consecutive games, the longest streak in the NBA and has even served as a rim protector for the Thunder.

Westbrook is averaging 2.2 steals during his 19-game steal streak, carving out another elite figure for FanDuel NBA purposes.

With only six teams in action on Super Bowl Sunday, the roster options for FanDuel NBA leagues are limited, but Westbrook is worth an add anytime.
