Despite playing last year in China, Denver Nuggets rookie point guard Emmanuel Mudiay is pretty highly regarded by his draft classmates.

NBA.com recently conducted a poll, asking questions to 36 rookies from this year's class.

Mudiay finished tied for fourth in the Rookie of the Year prediction category with Lakers guard DeAngelo Russell. Jahlil Okafor of the Philadelphia 76ers finished first, Stanley Johnson of the Detroit Pistons finished second, and Minnesota Timberwolves big man Karl-Anthony Towns finished third.

Mudiay tied for third with Dallas Mavericks guard Justin Anderson in the "best career" category, placing behind Okafor and Towns.

Mudiay also finished third in the "best playmaker" category, behind DeAngelo Russell and Timberwolves guard Tyus Jones.
