It is exciting to see the rookie getting minutes and excelling as Murray went 3-5 from the floor with 9 points, Malik Basley went 4-4 form the floor with 9 points, and Juancho Hernangomez went 1-6 from the field with 2 points.

The winner of the night was Jusuf Nurkic who was able to double-double. He scored 15 points and sealed 10 rebounds.

The best fact about Nurkic’s game tonight was that he went 4-9 from the floor and 7-7 from the free throw line. That type of efficiency is not common form Nurkic, and it will be great to see if he can career this into the season.

This was a game that was able to test the rookies as it came down to them for the closure of this game.

As for the future, the Nuggets will continue with their seven more preseason games and five other away games.

Hopefully, they can continue to see the game return from these games.
