Bradley Beal 'puts all my eggs in that basket' for a return on Saturday
After sitting out Tuesday's showdown against the Oklahoma City Thunder, Washington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal should be back in the starting lineup on Saturday.
At least, that's what he thinks. Here's more, courtesy of The Washington Post:
Beal is Washington's leading scorer and one of its most dynamic offensive weapons. John Wall can't do it all alone, and when Beal sits the entire team struggles mightily.
They don't necessarily need him back to defeat the Orlando Magic on Saturday, but it'll be a lot easier with Beal running around and nailing threes.
“I’m hoping. I’m putting all my eggs in that basket that I can play Saturday,” Beal said Wednesday. “At the same time I still want to be smart and if I’m not ready to go 100 percent then I won’t go.”
