Aldridge, Nelson out for Blazers-Magic matchup

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) Portland forward LaMarcus Aldridge and Orlando point guard Jameer Nelson have been ruled out for Tuesday night's game.

Aldridge is out for the seventh straight game with a lower back contusion, and Nelson is missing his fourth consecutive game with a sore left knee.

Magic coach Jacque Vaughn says Nelson is day to day. Trail Blazers coach Terry Stotts didn't have a further update on Aldridge's status.

Portland is trying to snap a two-game losing streak, while the Magic are hoping to avoid their second 10-game slide of the season.
