That's dedication: Newlyweds fit ALCS Game 2 into busy wedding day

Saturday's ALCS Game 2 matchup between the Kansas City Royals and Toronto Blue Jays at Kauffman Stadium was especially memorable for one local couple.
Tricia Freeman, a lifelong Royals fan, won tickets to Game 2 earlier in the week. However, Saturday was the date of her wedding with Kyle Kovach, which of course presented a bit of a double-booking.
As the Kansas City Star's Melissa Graham detailed, Tricia and Kyle (who, it must be told, grew up a Cardinals fan in St. Louis) were able to fit in a few innings of the game AND take part in their wedding day festivities.
Here's a video from the K.C. Star featuring the couple telling the story of their magical day:
As if the frenzy of a wedding ceremony, a party bus and a heated postseason game in the same day wasn't already enough, during the ceremony the bride's sister's water broke (as Graham mentioned in her write-up of the day's events).
