Royals' Jonny Gomes accidentally knocks kid down while celebrating ALDS victory

The Kansas City Royals advanced to the ALCS with a 7-2 win over the Houston Astros on Wednesday night, and Jonny Gomes decided to celebrate. But he may want to be a bit more careful when doing so next time, because you never know who may be in the vicinity.

Gomes swung a child around the pitcher’s mound, and it looked like everyone was having a great time. Unfortunately, another child (Jason Vargas' little one, according to Jay Onrait -- watch video above) was in close range and got knocked down with a swift kick.

Way to take a hit, kiddo.
