With just hours to go to the deadline to sign their 2015 draft picks, the Tampa Bay Rays have reportedly inked their second-rounder Chris Betts.
Betts, a catcher from Wilson High School in Long Beach, CA, was ranked 25th overall in the pre-draft rankings by MLB.com.
