Rangers announce 2016 spring training schedule


It's already that time again: Major League clubs have begun unveiling their spring training schedules for early 2016. The Texas Rangers did so on Tuesday for games at their facility in Surprise, Arizona:

In addition to the games in Arizona, the Rangers will host two exhibition contests at Globe Life Park in Arlington against the Cleveland Indians on April 1 and 2.
Tickets for spring training games will go on sale December 12. Additional details regarding tickets below, via the Rangers' official site:
Individual ticket prices for 2016 Rangers games at Surprise Stadium are: Lower Premium -- $30; Lower Dugout -- $29; Upper Dugout -- $26; Infield -- $25; Plaza -- $19; and Lawn -- $8. The Rangers-Cubs game on March 23 will be a Premium Game with ticket prices ranging from $13 to $35. Full-season, half-season and 7-game ticket packages are also available, as well as group-ticket packages. Parking is free to all games at Surprise Stadium.
