Nelson Cruz's big Monday: 14th homer and a photo with John Travolta
Monday was another big night for Seattle Mariners slugger Nelson Cruz.
In addition to hitting his 14th home run (in just 26 games!) off Matt Shoemaker to break a scoreless tie in the seventh inning, Cruz was named the American League Player of the Month for April.

As if that wasn't enough, after the game - in which the M's took down the Los Angeles Angels 3-2 - Cruz found a visitor in the Mariners' clubhouse: actor John Travolta.
