Mystery team reportedly enters bidding for Marlins' Jose Fernandez

Mystery team alert!
It's that wonderful time of year where teams seemingly appear out of nowhere, swooping in at the last minute to sign (or trade for) a player. We saw it most recently with the Arizona Diamondbacks snagging Zack Greinke.
The Miami Marlins have publicly said that Jose Fernandez is not being shopped, but the trade rumors have persisted throughout the Winter Meetings.
On Tuesday, Jayson Stark of ESPN reported that a mystery team has entered the bidding for Fernandez and some clubs believe it could be the Houston Astros:
On paper, the Astros seem like a logical landing spot for the 23-year-old ace -- they have the high-end prospects that the Marlins want. FOX Sports insider Ken Rosenthal reported that the Marlins need an "absurd haul" to part with Fernandez.

In Stark's piece about the mystery team and Fernandez, he also notes that the Los Angeles Dodgers, Arizona Diamondbacks and New York Yankees have all expressed interest to the Marlins.
