Seattle Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager punctuated the M's 4-3 win over the Angels on Wednesday in dramatic fashion with a game-saving diving stop and heave across the diamond.
At the time the Angels had the bases loaded and the tying run about to score when Seager gloved the ball near the foul line, rose to his feet and just barely threw out Andrelton Simmons.
Closer Edwin Diaz, who picked up the save thanks to Seager, was very impressed and happy. Mostly impressed.
