Gibbons: 'Something different' about the 2015 Blue Jays

"A few days in, I knew there was something different about this group," Toronto Blue Jays manager John Gibbons told MLB.com. "We knew we had the talent, but it's been a disappointing team the last couple of years even with the guys we brought in. But this had a much better feeling."
Indeed after a disappointing 2014, the Blue Jays seem poised to go on a big run and finally make the playoffs for the first time since 1993.
Since May 24, the team is 20-9 including an 11-game winning streak.
"I'm proud of the guys. This is a more character team than we've had in the past. They just don't quit," Gibbons said. "Sometimes you lose your intensity, but it doesn't happen with this group."
As the Jays approach the half way mark of the season, there are certainly areas to address. The team could target a reliever to solidify the bullpen. Even then, though, it seems more like a tweak than a blockbuster deal that baseball has become accustomed to seeing out of Toronto.
