The Chicago Cubs and their American League neighbors to the south don't have much in common this season. The Cubbies are red-hot and streaking toward a playoff berth. The White Sox are still chasing .500.

However, the two clubs do share this: They're atop the major leagues in walk-off wins.

The Cubs and White Sox each added to their total Wednesday night. Catcher Miguel Montero blasted one out of Wrigley Field in the 10th inning to down the Milwaukee Brewers, and a short time later, Sox outfielder Avisail Garcia doubled off the wall in the 13th inning to score the game-winning run to beat the Angels.

It's the first time since Sept. 29, 1995 that the Cubs and White Sox both had walk-off wins on the same night, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. On that that night, both teams won, 4-3. On Wednesday, both teams won, 3-2.

The Cubs lead the majors with 11 walk-off wins. The Sox have nine.
