Houston Astros slugger Carlos Gomez loves to strut after crushing homers. The man basically broke every one of baseball's unwritten rules with this move in spring training.

So Gomez tried his hand at kicking during the Astros game against the Royals on Tuesday. You can't give him too much grief because he was only trying to help, but Gomez's plan of attack failed big time.

Yeah, Gomez should stick to bat flips.
