The St. Louis Cardinals rotation is about to get a boost. Lefty Jaime Garcia is expected to start Tuesday's game against the Cincinnati Reds after being out since late June with a groin strain.

Garcia pitched the first five innings of a combined no-hitter for Low-A Peoria on Thursday night. It was cleared to return to the rotation after the one rehab start.

Cardinals general manager John Mozeliak confirmed Garcia's start on KMOX on Sunday.
