Providence freshman guard Gerard Coleman will miss Sunday night's game against No. 10 Connecticut for ''failure to fulfill his responsibilities as a student-athlete,'' the school announced.
Coleman has started all 24 games for the Friars and is averaging 10.4 points and 2.8 rebounds per game.
The school said it is hopeful for Coleman to return ''in the near future.''
