La'Ryan Gary and Randell Daigle each scored 15 and Raymone Andrews added 13 to lead Louisiana-Lafayette over Florida Atlantic 72-64 on Saturday night.

The Ragin' Cajuns (10-14, 7-5 Sun Belt Conference) trailed 54-53 with less than 10 minutes remaining before going on a 15-3 run to take a 68-57 lead with 4:20 to go.

Louisiana-Lafayette shot 51 percent from the floor (25 of 49) and 100 percent from the free-throw line, making all 16 attempts.

The Owls (18-9, 10-3) failed to make a field goal in the final 10:59 as they saw their 50-49 lead turn into an 11-point deficit less than 7 minutes later.

Kore White and Shavar Richardson each scored 11 and Alex Tucker added 10 for FAU, which lost for the third time in five games after winning eight in a row.

The Owls outrebounded the Ragin' Cajuns 36-18 and won despite allowing 21 points off 21 turnovers.
