Roderick Flemings scored 20 points and has 12 rebounds as Hawaii ended its nine-game losing streak with a 74-63 victory over Nevada on Saturday night.

Hiram Thompson added 19 points and Adhar Mayen had 17, both career highs, for the Warriors (10-18, 3-11 Western Athletic Conference), who won for the first time since Jan. 17.

Brandon Fields led the Wolf Pack (17-11, 9-5) with 20 points, while Luke Babbitt added 18.

A 19-5 run midway through the second half gave Hawaii a 58-41 lead, its largest cushion, before Nevada closed to within 62-59 with just 3 minutes remaining.

Hawaii, though, ended the game with a 12-4 run.

The Warriors erased an early six-point deficit and used a 14-4 run over the final seven minutes of the first half to take a 35-29 lead. Hawaii never trailed the rest of the way.
