Cornell rallies to beat Albany 85-82 in OT

Drew Ferry hit seven 3-pointers en route to 26 points to help Cornell rally and beat Albany 85-82 in overtime on Saturday.

Cornell (4-4) led 76-74 with time expiring in the second half, but Albany sent the game into overtime with a steal and layup from Gerardo Suero with just five seconds to go.

Mike Black tied the game 82-all with 29 seconds remaining in the overtime period. Chris Wroblewski knocked down a 3-pointer on Cornell's next possession to give the Big Red an 85-82 lead with only six seconds left to play.

Wroblewski missed all six of his previous 3-point attempts before making the game-winner.

Josh Figini scored 14 points, Galal Cancer added 11 and Johnathan Gray recorded 10 for Cornell.

All five Albany (5-5) starters scored in double-figures but no other Great Dane scored over two points.

Suero led all Albany scorers with 22 points.
