ImpactMobley had 40 catches for 490 yards and five touchdowns in 2022 with Costal Carolina, but he decided to stick around when Jamey Caldwell left for Liberty. It did not pan out, and Mobley decided to join his old coach. This is his first touchdown since those five in 2022.

Treon Sibley - Nets 77 yardsSibley caught four passes for 77 yards versus UTEP on Saturday.
ImpactOnce again, Sibley was comfortably the top receiver for Liberty, even if he didn't get to 100 yards for a third game in a row. While he only has one touchdown, Sibley also has 14 catches for 341 yards, so that is a small quibble.

Billy Lucas - Steps up big with three TDsLucas ran 21 times for 104 yards and three touchdowns Saturday against UTEP.
ImpactQuinton Cooley, Liberty's star back, left this one early with an apparent leg injury. It would certainly seem that Lucas is the next man up, and he showed what he can do with a larger role. There's a good chance Lucas will be the lead back against East Carolina in Week 4.

Quinton Cooley - Suffers injury early against UTEPCooley ran six times for 45 yards on Liberty's first two drives against UTEP on Saturday, but then suffered an apparent leg injury and did not return.
ImpactIn his post-game press conference, head coach Jamey Caldwell said in regard to Cooley's injury "It does not sound good." It seems unlikely Cooley will play against East Carolina next week, but there is no official word at this time. If you are looking for the next man up, Billy Lucas ended up getting 21 carries.

Kaidon Salter - Can't keep pace with 2023 numbersSalter went 15-for-19 for 228 yards and a touchdown against UTEP on Saturday. He ran nine times for 24 yards, but fumbled twice, losing one of them.
ImpactWell...it's been three games now. The opponents have all been easy. Salter was a star last season, a top fantasy performer. This year, he has as many turnovers as touchdowns. The utter lack of rushing is really concerning. Last season Salter ran for over 1,000 yards with 12 touchdowns. This year he has 95 yards on 28 attempts without a single score.

Kenny Odom - Finds end zoneOdom caught two passes for 64 yards and a touchdown versus Liberty on Saturday.
ImpactOdom was only targeted once in Week 1 against Nebraska, but since then things gave gone better. He had five catches for 97 yards in Week 2, and now he's broken off a 60-yard touchdown against a conference opponent.
