Impact Blake Baker (knee) remains out, so Kukuk is still Louisiana Tech's best-available quarterback. During 2025, he logged more than 1,000 all-purpose yards and eight touchdowns. Using his feet, Kukuk recorded 98 rushing attempts for 609 yards and five TDs.

Impact Jackson's junior campaign didn't result in massive numbers overall, but he made it count in postseason play with just his second touchdown of the 2025 season to aid the Bulldogs in their win over Coastal Carolina. Jackson finished out his redshirt junior season in Ruston with 20 catches for 370 yards and a pair of scores, adding three carries for 19 yards as a runner. He should have one season of eligiblity remaining in 2026.

Trey Kukuk - Balanced output in win Kukuk completed 9 of 19 passes for 114 yards, one touchdown and one interception during Tuesday's 23-14 win versus Coastal Carolina. He also had 19 rushes for 121 yards.

Impact Kukuk struggled a bit as a passer, but he was dynamic with his legs, rushing for over 120 yards in his third straight game. The junior quarterback clearly has some developing to do in regards to throwing the football, but he's proven he's a dynamic athlete and that should continue to earn him opportunities, at Louisiana Tech or elsewhere.
