Jayden Bradford - Sits out spring game Bradford (undisclosed) was inactive for Liberty's spring game, per Bryson Gordon of the News & Advance.

Impact Bradford missed the final weeks of the 2024 season after undergoing surgery and it appears the redshirt freshman quarterback is continuing his recovery. The timeline for his return to action is thus far unclear.

Ryan Burger - Inactive for spring game Burger (undisclosed) did not appear in Liberty's spring game, Bryson Gordon of NewsAdvance.com reports.

Impact Burger is dealing with an undisclosed injury that held the quarterback out of the Flames' spring game. The 6-foot-4 sophomore quarterback, who transferred in from App State ahead of the 2024-25 season, threw for 40 yards (4-of-12), adding on 11 carries for 57 yards and two lost fumbles, during his lone high utilization game last season (Bahamas Bowl).

Jacob Jenkins - Out for spring game Jenkins (foot) did not play in Liberty's spring game with a foot injury, per Bryson Gordon of The News & Advance.

Impact Jenkins was held out of the spring game after being seen with a walking boot on his left foot. The details and severity of the injury are thus far unknown, though it is clearly serious enough to sideline him for the moment. The 6-foot-3 tight end caught 10 passes for 99 yards and a pair of touchdowns for the Flames in 2024 after transferring in from Coastal Carolina.

Julian Gray - Switches to tailback Gray will play running back for Liberty moving forward, per the Flames' 2025 football roster.

Impact Gray was a wideout for Liberty in 2024, and for three years with NC State before that. For his final season of eligibility, however, he'll switch to tailback, where he'll compete with Vaughn Blue and Caden Williams, among others, for snaps. Gray did log 10 carries for 62 yards and a score last season.
