Impact Scheerhorn was questionable ahead of the game and he hadn't appeared in an outing ahead of the loss, but the nature of the blowout got him in the game. The supplementary quarterback now looks to be healthy for the upcoming weeks if he's needed.

Impact Jackson was questionable ahead of the blowout loss, but he ended up playing on a limited snap count. The starting running back will hopefully use the Owls' bye week to get back to full health before they take on UConn on Oct. 25.

Impact Anderson was out for three straight games ahead of the matchup, so his return to the field bodes well for his future availability. The 5-foot-9 wide receiver's catch in the blowout was his first of the season, and he'll look to expand on it next week at North Texas.

Chase Jenkins - Knocked out of game Jenkins (undisclosed) was knocked out of the game in Rice's blowout loss to UTSA, per The Roost.
Impact Jenkins was injured as Rice was in the process of getting destroyed by the Roadrunners. He finished the day 1-of-3 passing for 33 yards, with three carries for seven yards as well. Drew Devillier and Patrick Crayton both got snaps under center in his stead.
