Impact Brown is the third-or-fourth option running the ball, but his role is to be a receiving back. He has 23 catches through six games.

Impact McCaskill looked much better than last week, which was his first game since Week 0 due to injury. He's rushed for over six yards per carry in his two starts when he was in gear, which is encouraging.

Hunter Watson - Throws three TDs Watson went 12-for-19 for 136 yards and three touchdowns against JSU on Thursday. He also ran 13 times for 52 yards, but fumbled twice, losing one.
Impact This was Watson's first game with multiple touchdowns. He has six touchdowns total (four passing, two rushing) but has five turnovers as well.

Pearson Baldwin - Catches five passes Baldwin caught five passes for 72 yards against Sam Houston on Thursday.
Impact The tight end had a big game here, and it came with Caden Creel making his first start. That being said, he has 15 catches for 153 yards on the season, and this is a run-first, run-second offense.

Cam Cook - Huge game in win Cook ran 31 times for 218 yards and two touchdowns against Sam Houston on Thursday. He also had two catches for 15 yards.
Impact Even with Rich Rodriguez gone, the offense at JSU remains the same. This offense loves a bellcow back, but if you are up to the task you can put up numbers as good as anybody. Cook has gotten over 20 touches in every game. On the year he's rushed for 832 yards and seven touchdowns, and he will clearly fly by 1,000 yards (and probably 10 touchdowns) this year.

Caden Creel - Big game on the ground in start Creel went 13-for-17 for 129 yards and ran 24 times for 132 yards and a touchdown against Sam Houston on Thursday. He also fumbled twice, losing one.
Impact Creel stepped into the starting role because this is a run-first offense. To that end, Creel did his job in a win...mostly. For the second game in a row Creel fumbled twice, and that's got to be cleaned up.
