English Premier League title odds; Man City, not Arsenal, favored to win title

Arsenal holds a four-point lead atop the English Premier League standings, but second-place Manchester City is the heavy betting favorite at FOX Bet to hoist the trophy at the end of May.

Manchester City is second with 70 points and has a match in hand. The Sky Blues are 22-4-4.

The teams will meet April 26 at Etihad Stadium in a crucial match for the EPL title. Man City won the first EPL match between the teams 3-1 on Feb. 15.

Bettors have been backing Manchester City more heavily recently, as the team's title odds have moved from -110 last month to currently -250.

Over the last month, Arsenal's title odds have lengthened from +120 to +175, as Man City has made up ground. Arsenal led the EPL by eight points as of Jan. 15.
