What a heel! Ronnie Price tosses lost shoe at ball after turnover

Updated Mar. 4, 2020 10:08 p.m. ET

If you can't beat 'em, throw your shoe at 'em.

That seems to be the thinking of Lakers guard Ronnie Price after he lost his shoe in a preseason game against the Warriors on Sunday.

Price was driving toward the basket when Golden State's Andre Iguodala steps on his shoe, causing it to come off and causing Price to lose control of the ball. Iguodala promptly scooped it up and started a Warriors fast break the other way.

Price grabbed his shoe and gave chase, but quickly realized he wasn't catching up to him on one foot -- so he tossed his shoe at the ball.

The refs weren't impressed ... they T'd him up on the spot. Watch the video below to see the hijinks in real-time:

All jokes aside, the guy's carved out a nine-year (and counting) NBA career after going undrafted in 2005, so he must be doing something right.
