Watch Paul Pierce demonstrate his toughness with a monster screen on Hawks' DeMarre Carroll

If you're going to play the power forward position, you're going to have to set a few nasty screens. It's one of the obligations of a nominal big man. And Washington Wizards forward Paul Pierce took on the task with gusto late in Washington's Game 1 win over the Atlanta Hawks, laying a big-time hit on DeMarre Carroll that helped seal the Wizards' win.

To quote NBC Sports' Dan Feldman, "Just wanted to call a little attention to that overlooked nice play in Washington's win."
