Watch fans give Dwyane Wade a standing ovation in his return to Miami

If anyone questioned whether Heat fans would give Dwyane Wade a proper welcome in his first game back in Miami as a member of the Chicago Bulls, those concerns were put to rest right away on Thursday night.

After his introduction, Wade saluted the Heat coaching staff and shared a moment with Udonis Haslem — and by "shared a moment," I mean he playfully blew a handful of rosin into his former teammate's face:

Seriously, though, good on Heat fans for giving Wade the greeting he deserved.

Wade signed with the Bulls this summer after 13 seasons with the Heat, during which he won three championships. Earlier this week, Wade spoke openly about his decision, finally revealing why he left Miami — and that he and Heat president Pat Riley hadn't spoken since his departure. After Wade's comments, Riley reportedly sent a long email to his former player.
