Reviewing Tim Duncan's 2014-15 season

What's one thing everyone who watches basketball can agree on? Tim Duncan is the best. The San Antonio Spurs big man proved it again as a 38-year-old, cobbling together a season for the ages.
Here's San Antonio Express-News writer Dan McCarney with more:
"While Duncan’s scoring rate of 24.6 points per 100 possessions tied for a career low, his assists, steals and blocks were all above his career rates, and his rebounding wasn’t far off. At 51.2 percent from the floor and 74.0 percent from the line, his true shooting percentage of 56.0 was his best in five years. His 22.6 Player Efficiency Rating was exactly the same as his rookie season in 1997-98, and his second-best over the past five seasons. Combine that PER with his 96.9 defensive rating, and Duncan had the best all-around season of any player his age in NBA history."
This all sounds pretty good. Duncan is an ageless wonder, and don't be surprised to see similar stats next season if he comes back for another run.
