Report: Magic G Lee likely back for Game 3

Already up 1-0 against the favored Boston Celtics, the Orlando Magic got even better news Tuesday.

Rookie guard Courtney Lee, who missed Game 6 of the Magic's first-round series against the Sixers and Monday night's opener in Boston, is expected to be available for Friday's Game 3, Orlando general manager Otis Smith said, according to the Boston Globe.

Lee suffered a fractured sinus in Game 5 when teammate Dwight Howard inadvertently elbowed him in the face.

Lee is not expected to be ready for Wednesday's Game 2 against the Celtics.

During the season, he averaged 8.4 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game while shooting 40.4 percent from 3-point range. In five playoff games against the Sixers, Lee averaged 12.6 points per game, giving the Magic a needed scoring boost.
