Nick Young hurtin', but Iggy Azalea bringin' the TLC to her man

For most people, thumb surgery is hardly good news. Clearly, Nick Young is not most people.

Certainly, missing eight weeks is not the way the Lakers guard wanted to start his season. But after tearing a ligament in his thumb while guarding Kobe Bryant at practice, that's exactly what happened.

But Young signed a four-year, $21.5 million contract with the Lakers in the offseason, so he'll still get paid well while he is healing up.

And according to TMZ, when Young left the medical facility in Los Angeles following Monday's surgery, he was wheeled out of the office and into the waiting arms of his girlfriend, pop star Iggy Azalea.

And others got the photos, too.

Yup, even though the surgery was performed on Young's thumb, he looked comfy in his wheelchair when a member of the medical staff wheeled him out of the office, Iggy leading the way to the car and his parents by his side.

Talk about a home remedy.
