Magic Johnson returns to ESPN for Saturday NBA pregame show

NEW YORK (AP) Magic Johnson is returning to ESPN to work on the pregame studio show for ABC's NBA Saturday night games.
The Hall of Famer will debut during the network's Christmas coverage and then join Michael Wilbon and Sage Steele on the Saturday night team beginning Jan. 21.
This is the second season of ''NBA Saturday Primetime on ABC.'' The NBA Countdown pregame show will run for 30 minutes beginning at 8 p.m. EST.
Johnson worked for ESPN as a studio analyst from 2008-13.
