Flipping a tire, as far as exercises go, is a lot more exhausting than it sounds, especially if it's a giant tire and not just one you find on a Honda Civic. For Steven Adams, flipping a near-tractor-size tire looks like child's play. To him, this might as well be his morning calisthenics.
