Garnett lists Concord mansion for $5M
Kevin Garnett is cutting all ties to New England.
The current Brooklyn Net and former Boston Celtic has listed his Concord, Mass., mansion at the sum of just under $5 million, according to CBS Boston.
The home has five bedrooms and sits on more than 12 acres of land. It comes with five full and two half baths — not to mention a home gym, a media room, a wine cellar and spectacular views of a large pond right in the home’s backyard.
Intensely private by most accounts, Garnett did not frequent the nightlife scene in Boston, instead preferring to stay in-house. Can't blame him.
"We had many happy gatherings with family and friends, and we dedicated a lot of time and effort to incorporate our own personal touches to this home," the Garnetts said in a statement.
Garnett spent the past six years of his 18-year NBA career in Boston before being traded to the Nets along with Celtics teammates Paul Pierce and Jason Terry after the 2013 season.
