Dr. J puts house in Utah up for sale

If the super-sized tub doesn't give away the owner's identity, perhaps the outdoor basketball court is a better indicator of who lived at a sprawling home in southern Utah.

This is Dr. J's house - as evidenced by the Philadelphia 76ers logos on the red, white and blue rubberized court outside the 6,572-square foot villa overlooking the Virgin River Valley.

Julius Erving and family have moved and are asking $2.25 million for the five-bedroom home in a gated community.

Broker Cindy Campbell said Wednesday that the Ervings put the house on the market about a year ago after living there for two years. She says Erving liked the peaceful atmosphere and warm, sunny weather of St. George.
