Denver Nuggets show off new home jerseys

Media day for the Denver Nuggets is always entertaining. Pictures of players holding giant pickaxes is sort of a weird yearly tradition for the Nuggets, but it works.

This year, though, there was something new behind the pickaxes. The Nuggets have changed their home uniforms this season, and showed them off at media day.

While it's a similar look to last year, the Nuggets are hoping that the wardrobe change can reverse some of their fortunes as they look to return to the playoffs.

The Nuggets will wear their new jerseys at their home opener on October 30th against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
