Damian Lillard's new 'Lumberjack' sneaker gets a release date
Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard is one of the sneaker game's brightest stars. Whenever Adidas drops one of his signature shoes, it's worth checking out.
The latest edition, the appropriately titled "Lumberjack" adidas D Lillard 1's, is unlike all the others, and, according to SoleCollector.com, will be released this Friday. Here's what separates this shoe from the rest:
"On the horizon, a new off-court version of Lillard's debut sig, styled in brown tumbled leather with a flannel bootie and tongue. Other features include metal rivets and D-ring eyelets, a leather heel overlay, speckled midsole and black rubber outsole. The area code 503 is printed on the heel pull-tab, presumably making this shoe a nod to Portland and its lumberjack heritage, though that hasn't been confirmed."
