Curry's daughter steals spotlight during news conference

It's nothing new for the Curry women to steal the show at Golden State Warriors games.

Guys have been drooling over Curry's mom Sonya for years, and as usual, she was sitting next to Curry's wife Ayesha at Tuesday's Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals.

But after the Warriors' win, a new generation of Curry women stole the show: his daughter Riley.

Curry's 2-year-old daughter took over the postgame news conference as she crawled through the table skirt before he picked her up and placed her on his lap. Riley waved to reporters and interrupted Curry a couple of times. At one point, she muttered a few words and Curry told her to ''hold on a second, OK?'' She replied, ''Be quiet,'' drawing laughs from the room.

Curry smiled and shook his head, telling reporters his daughter is usually more reserved. Photos and videos of the scene spread fast on social media.

Curry had 34 points, six rebounds and five assists as Golden State rallied past Houston 110-106, and his postgame antics with his daughter should help him increase his standing as the most popular player in the NBA. Riley, meanwhile, joined P.J. Rose as the MVPs of the postseason so far.
