Complete 2016-17 NBA Blog Preview

Orlando Magic Daily once again joined forces with Celtics Blog and some of the best blogs around the NBA to preview the 2016-17 season. Check it out!

The NBA preseason is over. At least for the Orlando Magic.

The games begin to count with Tuesday’s opening night and the Magic’s season opener at Amway Center against the Miami Heat. The anticipation is palpable as the team gears up for the season.

Everyone at this point is full of hope. 0-0 has a way of doing that for everyone. Many teams believe this is their year to accomplish their goals and get in the Playoffs.

The Magic have said on a number of occasions they believe this team will have a top-five defense and they will make the Playoffs. Optimism is a powerful thing. In our estimation 12-13 teams in the Eastern Conference probably can make a legitimate claim to reaching the Playoffs.

With the regular season quickly approaching, various Web sites are rolling out their team previews.

FanSided unveiled theirs Friday. I participated in a podcast preview as part of the Locked On Podcast Network.
