Belinelli: 'I will know my future the first or the second week of July'

Marco Belinelli is an unrestricted free agent this summer, and it's unclear how badly the San Antonio Spurs want him back for at least one more season.
The 29-year-old swingman provides spacing and an off-the-dribble spark to San Antonio's offense, but he's coming off a relatively disappointing year and isn't very athletic.
Here's what Belinelli recently told Sportando about his future with the team:
"I may return to the Spurs, obviously considering their economic proposal. There are chances for me to re-sign with the Spurs. There will be also the possibility to move to another team. As I’ve always said, San Antonio is a very strong team. An incredible organization. The best I’ve played for in the NBA. The free agency opens on July 1, we’ll see what happens. I think I will know my future the 1st or the 2nd week of July."
It looks like the Spurs will at least give Belinelli an offer, though it's difficult to believe they'd be willing to spend too much. He shot 37.4 percent behind the three-point line last year, down from 43 percent the previous season.
