Race results for CWTS Speediatrics 200 at Iowa Speedway

William Bryon, an 18-year-old rookie driver in the Camping World Truck Series, won Saturday night's Speediatrics 200 at Iowa Speedway.

It was Byron's second series win in a row and his third overall this season.
